pcsforpeople.org is my internet service. I pay them $45 for 3 months. 
​YES, that is $15 a month for unlimited 4gLTE hotspot internet.  
UPDATE:
Now I have Visible Wireless (visiblewireless.com) for $25 a month (with party plan "chair"). 
Unlimited data and hotspot. I spent $360 for a Blade X1 5g phone and it is worth it.

I am on a fixed income so I am qualified for the service. However, a lot of people are qualified, you might want to check.
