pcsforpeople.org is my internet service. I pay them $45 for 3 months. 
​YES, that is $15 a month for unlimited 4gLTE hotspot internet.  
UPDATE:
Now I have Visible Wireless (visiblewireless.com) for $25 a month (now $30 for new customers). 
Unlimited data and hotspot. I spent $360 for a Blade X1 5g phone and it is worth it.

You must Qualify

I am on a fixed income so I am qualified for the service. However, a lot of people are qualified, you might want to check.

amazon Prime

Amazon Prime has a great deal if you have SNAP benefits. A little over $6 a month gets free movies online and free shipping on a lot of items in the online store. 

Also, if you have SNAP or medicaid you can get a phone. Look up FCC ACP on your favorite search engine.
